Terms and conditions for Privilege Services: These services can be modified, changed or replaced according to local availability of products and services. The hotel will not compensate guests for replaced items or services due to a lack of availability at destination. Early Check-in and late check-out are subject to availability to be confirmed on site, the same day of requested service. Check-in, fresh towel and welcome drink, as well as Privilege Concierge are available from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Check-in from 10:00pm to 10:00am will be made at front desk with regular standards. The Privilege Lobster Dinner has a dress code: Ladies: Dress, skirt, capri pants, dress bermudas or jeans, dress shoes, elegant sandals. Gentlemen: Long pants required, including dress jeans. Dress or casual shirt (with sleeves) with dress shoes or sandals with covered toes or loafers. Beachwear, sportswear, shorts, sleeveless shirt, baseball caps, tennis shoes or sandals are not allowed at night in restaurants. The 30 minute massage service is subject to availability on operational days and times. The hotel is not responsible for missed services and facilities due to weather conditions, strikes or “majeure force” situations.
